This is by far the funniest mug shot I have come across. Just imagine yourself in a the middle of a crowd wearing a t-shirt with a stupid phrase that you bought in a store and getting arrested for doing something equally as stupid: pissing on a cop car. Then you get taken downtown and have your mug shot taken only to have it posted on the internet by the cops that arrested you. Now the question begs to be asked... does he really love midgets in such an unethical way? You bet... he is also the star of a television show for kids that stars numerous midgets and dwarves.
